EDISON SUBSTATION SITE. GRADING OF THE ENTIRE SUBDIVISION REQUIRES MOVEMENT OF 2.2 MILLION YARDS OF EARTH WHICH WILL BE BALANCED ON-SITE. THE TOTAL ACREAGE OF VTT 44963 IS 1223 ACRES OF WHICH 383 ACRES OF LAND IS PROPOSED TO BE DEVELOPED AND 844 ACRES PRESERVED AS OPEN SPACE.
