Document Description
As part of the Iron Horse Trail extension, the operator proposes to construct a trail along the upper portion of the northern bank of Walnut Creek under the Willow Pass Road and Diamond Boulevard crossings in Concord, Contra Costa County. Alterations include constructing a 12 foot wide concrete maintenance vehicle/pedestrian under crossing on the northwestern bank, between the existing abutment and the first bent. The length of the trail under Willow Pass Road will be 465 feet and 350 feet under Diamond Boulevard. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0388 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Warren Gee / East Bay Regional Park District.
