Notice of Determination for the approval of the Second Amendment to the Development Agreement, which would extend the term and expiration date of the original Development Agreement, arrange for payment of the Public Benefit Payment and certain fees, and establish an alternative vested rights determination for the Phase 2 Project. The Second Amendment would not modify the approved land uses or intensity of development, or materially change the timing of full build-out of the project as previously approved.
