The Westgate Specific Plan, as modified and approved by the Fontana City Council, would allow for the development of up to 3,277 single- and multi-family residential units, up to 304.8 acres of mixed-use development up to 50.9 acres of commercial retail uses, up to 84.0 acres of public schools, up to 28.6 acres of public parks, up to 0.8-acre of private parks, and up to 101.6 acres of open space within the approx. 964-acre Specific Plan area.
