SPECIFIC USES OF THE RETAIL CENTER HAVE NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED, BUT IT COULD INCLUDE A SPECIALTY FOOD MARKET, SPECIALTY RETAIL STORES AND RESTAURANTS. THE PROJECT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN A SINGLE PHASE.
