Document Description
On December 13, 1995, the subject tentative tract map and final development plan applications were approved by the Planning Commission to divide a 4.4-acre parcel into 20 lots and development plan for 18 single-family units. The revisions now being proposed would not effect the number of new parcels created by the project but it would decrease open space from 38% to 30%. In addition, an alternative secondary emergency access road would be provided north of the subject property to a locked access gate fronting on Highway 101.
