The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), as the Responsible, will be issuing a water supply permit to Mesa Consolidated Water District for reactivation of Wells No. 6 and 11, change the existing treatment system (ozone contractors, BAC filters, bromate tanks) to accommodate a nanofiltration system and appurtenant structures, and to expand the current treatment capacity from 4,000 gpm to 6,000 gpm.
