Document Description
General Plan Amendment to amend the General Plan Land Use Map and Table 1-4 of the Land Use Element of the Policy Document to reflect the re-designation of certain parcels to the RA-Resource Area land use category based on the sensitivity of these lands and the need to require special standards due to viewshed, resource, habitat, geotechnical and other considerations in order to further the conservation and resource protection goals and policies of the General Plan. The following parcels are considered appropriate for the RA designation: APN's 50-030-06; 50-170-030; 50-170-45; 06-020-03; 06-020-02 & -040-13 (one legal parcel), 47-230-43; 47-240-11, 12&14; 47-262-01. A rezoning to Agricultural Resource District will be necessary for the following properties to conform to the RA General Plan designation; 006-020-03, from PC:HS:CR-1 to AR:HS:CR-1; 006-020-02 from PC:HS:CR-1 to AR:HS:CR-q; 006-040-13 from ED-1:HS:CR-1 to AR:HS:CR-1; 47-230-43, 47-240-11, 12&14, 47-262-01, from PC:FP to AR:FP:CR-4.
