Document Description
Addition of an Economic Element to the City of Napa General Plan (adopted 12/1/98). The Economic Element establishes policies and implementation programs for economic development in the city over the next 20 years while recognizing the importance of supporting components to the economy addressed in other chapters of the General Plan. The politics and programs of the Economic Element provide a strategy for achieving optimum economic health given to the constraits of the limited land supply within the city's Rural Urban Limit (RUL).
