Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under Division 4.5, California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Chapter 20 prepared an addendum to the previous Environmental Impact Report for a Class 1* Permit Modification to amend the existing Hazardous Waste Facility Permit at the Demenno/Kerdoon dba World Oil Recycling Facility (Facility). The Class 1* Permit Modification will designate the existing batch tanks 701 through 706 to be part of a newly designated Unit 13-B, previously included in the discussion of Unit 13. The rest of Unit 13, the Oily Water Polishing Unit, will be designated Unit 13-A. The location, operation, and function of the tanks will remain unchanged. No changes in capacity, or construction will result from the designation.
