Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under Division 4.5, California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Chapter 20, proposes to approve a Class 1* Permit Modification (Modification) for the Hazardous Waste Facility Permit. The Modification will permit the applicant to install a suction heater to Tank T-2003 to improve pumping efficiency and reduce maintenance needs. The ancillary equipment will be installed within the existing tank and piping system. The location, operation, and functions of all units within the facility will remain unchanged. No changes in capacity or facility throughput are anticipated from the addition of the ancillary equipment.
