Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, California Department of Transportation. The applicant proposes to divert and/or obstruct the natural flow, and/or change the bed, channel and/or bank of the Sweetwater River just downstream of I-5 in order to construct a bridge for a 12-foot wide bicycle path.
