Document Description
The Resolution Amendments involve changes to Item K of resolution for TM 5066 and Item H of resolution for TM 5067. The change results in separate wetland mitigation monitoring reports and separate wetland mitigation monitoring plans be propared for Artesian Creek and Lusardi Creek prior to approval of the associated grading or improvement plans impacting these wetlands. Revisions to TMs 5066 and 5067 are also required to accommodate the proposed Major Use Permit modification. Grading associated with the reclaimed water storage pond would be located within Lot 23 of TM 5066 and Lot 727 of TM 5067. The Major Use Permit Modification includes the following revisions to the approved MUP: Revisions to the treatment facility site plan including relocation of the emergency generator, oxidation ponds, equalization basin, headworks, secondary clarifiers, RAS/WAS pump, tertiary filters, and UV disinfection facilities.
