Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-446. Pursuant to Section 1601 of the fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District. This agreement pertains to eleven crossings of Elder Creek and one crossing of Gerber Creek with a sewer interceptor line. The Lead Agency prepared an EIR as noted.
