The Specific Plan provides the zoning for 20,885 dwelling units plus 423 second units, 628.7 acres of land uses in the Mixed-Use designation, 67.2 acres of Commercial uses, 248.6 acres of Business Park uses, 36.7 acres of Visitor Serving uses, 6,169.8 acres of Major Open Area. The Specific Plan also provides for a 15-acre lake, an 18-hole golf course, roadway and trails infrastructure, fire and police services, parks, water distribution and wastewater and storm drainage collection infrastructure, libraries, schools and a 6.9 million gallon per day Water Reclamation Plant.
