Document Description
James R. Herman Cruise Terminal and Mixed-Used Project consists of: 1) a two-story, 100,000 square foot, international cruise ship terminal and two berths for cruise ship docking, one located on the east side of the pier and the other on the north side of the pier; 2) up to 190,000 leasable square feet of retail space including a cinema, restaurants, a grocery store, and an entertainment venue; 3) up to 325,000 leasable square feet of office space on the second and third levels of the development; 4) a 425-car parking structure; 5) berthing facilities for dinner cruise vessels and excursion craft.
