Document Description
A TRAIL WILL BE CONSTRUCTED CONNECTING THE LOS OSOS TRAIL AND THE JUNIPER TRAIL. THIS TRAIL WILL ALLOW FOR ACCESS OUT OF THE HAPPINESS VALLEY AREA. THE NEW TRAIL WILL ALLOW EMERGENCY PERSONNEL TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE HAPPINESS VALLEY AREA AS WELL AS TO OTHER AREAS OF THE PARK.
