Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2007-0222-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, KRC Aggregates Inc. An existing single 24-inch culvert and farm road crossing of an unnamed tributary to Bear Creek will be replaced by two 24 inch culverts approximately 100 feet long. The road base will be widened to approximately 50 feet and the road bed will also be raised by approximately 20 feet.
