Change Orders to modify the Point Loma Headworks, Odor Control and Grit Processing Facilities to meet industry erosion control standards, install design changes to the instrumentation and control system (I&C), realign a 40-inch diameter odor control duct, and set up a contigency fund for unanticipated changes, operations and maintenance staff training. This project is consistent with the original project identified in the EIR prepared for the Point Loma Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan.
