Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #R5-2001-0323) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Donald R. Kendall of Calleguas Municipal Water District. The applicant proposes to 0.1 acre of the streambed of Peach Hill Wash by permanently removing all existing surface features, and vegetation, stabilizing the banks and channel bed to convey 100-year flow of approximately 273 cubic feet per second, and directing all flows from the south and east channels via a diversion swale into a 60-inch culvert.
