Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a permanent 90-foot by 14-foot pedestrian bridge structure that will span the perennial drainage within the Carson Creek Preserve and connect the proposed Heritage at Carson Creek Village 11 bike trail to the existing trail within the Heritage at Carson Creek Unit 2. Bridge abutments will be constructed outside of the ordinary high-water mark of the perennial drainage and will be backfilled following bridge construction. Approaches will be constructed on either side of the pedestrian bridge and disturbed areas/areas of fill will be stabilized with erosion control matting and a seed mix consisting of native upland and wetland species.
