- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0141-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Lennar Homes of CA, Inc. Project is limited to mass grading and development of approx. 152.72 acres of residential, 92.48 acres of industrial, and 28.48 acres of park areas, as well as associated infrastructure improvements, consisting of fifteen drainage outfalls, five con-span bridges with associated approaches, two temporary haul road bridges, and one sewer connection.
