Document Description
Acquisition of property and the construction and operation of a 1,800-student public middle school. Building coverage will range from 150,000 to 160,000 square feet and provide 65 classrooms within two-and three stories. Other facilities will include house support areas, building administration, gymnasium, library/media center, cafeteria/performance area, exploratory areas, circulation/mechanical restrooms/canopies, hard courts, playfields, employee parking, and joint-use facilities.
