Document Description
The proposed project consists of a planned development, general plan and zoning amendments, tentative map, development agreement, and any other necessary entitlements. The proposed project is based on the approved Southpark Development Plan to develop a 211-acre subdivision with a mix of very low, low, medium-low, medium, and high density residential, park, and commercial uses. The subdivision would include a total of 35 very low density residential units on 20.1 acres, 229 low density residential units on 74.4 acres, 318 medium density-low residential units on 76.0 acres 94 manor residential units on 14.2 acres, and 131 medium density-high multi-family residential units on 9.4 acres.
