Document Description
The proposed action is to fund construction of the A-Line, Phase III, Export Pipeline Relocation Project (project) through an EPA grant to STPUD. The proposed project will be implemented by STPUD and will replace the existing export pipeline from the STPUD wastewater treatment plant to approximately 700 feet southwest of the intersection of Barbara Avenue and Beecher Avenue. This portion of the A-Line is approximately 5,000 feet long, follows Barbara Avenue, and crosses the Trout Creek Meadow near Martin Avenue.
