Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to develop a 79 acre site to create an unspecified number of residential homes and community facilities and infrastructure such as storm drains, culverts and a debris basin along an unnamed tributary to Haskell Creek. Heavy equipment and water diversions shall be used to recontour the site and remove vegetation. Approximately 0.6 acre of riparian habitat will be impacted. Drainages were approximately 3500 feet long and assumed to be 8 feet wide.
