The State of California Dept. of Fish and Game is entering into a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# 1600-2006-013-R5 revision2) with the City of Fillmore, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. The City of Fillmore will alter the streambed by constructing bank protection (soil cement levee) and a bike path (12-feet wide) along Sespe Creek.
