Document Description
Conversion of an existing single-family residence and secondary dwelling into a three guest room bed and breakfast inn with bridge access over an identified wetland area. Prior CEQA documentation was utilized to make the environmental determination for this project. The absence of three triggers outlined in CEQA guidelines section 15162 has been documented in the Resolution for the project. The proposed bed and breakfast inn with bridge access from Tamarack Street does not result in any new environmental effects that were not previously analyzed in the Addendum to Initial/MND for Grading Plan check 94-01.
