Document Description
Request by Haythem Dawlett, Carlo Alfono, and John Scardino for a Tract Map (Tract 1789) to subdivide an existing 47.54-acre parcel into 16 parcels of 2.0 to 5.29 acres each for the purpose of sale and/or development (the project includes off-site road improvements). The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 70,000 square feet of a 47.54-acre parcel. The division will create three on-site roads. The project improvements are proposed from the western terminus of Castilla Del Mar Drive to Valley Road. The proposed project is within the Residential Suburban land use category and is located at the north end of Coast View Drive, approximately 700 feet northwest of Falcon Crest Drive, immediately southwest of State Route 101, and adjacent to the city of Arroyo Grande. The site is in the San Luis Bay (Inland) planning area.
