The project proposes to subdivide a 47.54 acre parcel into sixteen (16) residential parcels, ranging in size from 2.0 to 5.3 acres in size. The project also proposes to develop project site infrastructure, including one main access road, one secondary road, drainage facilities, water supply facilities, and sewer connection lines.
