Document Description
The project consists of revisions to the 1995 Specific Plan for a 477 acre area in the southwest portion of the City of Dixon. Requested changes to that plan include reconfiguration of land uses and circulation; changes to the Storm Drainage Master Report; amendments to the Development Regulations; and a General Plan Amendment and Rezone reflecting the land use changes. In addition, applications for four subdivision maps, a multi-family residential development, and a commercial development within the Specific Plan have been submitted to the City. These proposed development projects will also be evaluated in the project EIR.
