Ther project consists of a Planned Development rezoning from Heavy Industrial and Light Industrial to Planned Development Zoning District on 17.31 acres located on the east side of Monterey Road approximately 350 feet southerly of East Alma Avenue. The uses would consist of up to 118,036 square feet of distribution and commercial uses.
