Installation and establishment of over 3,000 native plants around the District campus in south San Jose. The primary objective is to establish native wildlife habitat around the two main ponds, Alamitos and North Pond, and along the east side of the Guadalupe River. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0872 pursuant to Section 1601 fo the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Deborah Amshoff, Santa Clara Valley Water District.
