Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant. The applicant proposes to construct a 17.23 mile long 36 inch wide natural gas pipeline and appurtenant facilities. Hydrostatic testing of the completed line will result in the discharge of 3.3 million gallons of water into storm drains. Impact to these areas will consist of excavation of a trench for installation of the pipeline and backfilling to pre-construction grade and contour.
