Document Description
The project proposes a Specific Plan and modification of the existing Major Use Permit to allow expansion of the Stallion Oaks Ranch resort. The proposed project would add 110 acres to the existing 80 acre approved permit. The 190 acre total project site would consist of approximately 55.8 acres of development and 134.2 acres of open space. Some existing facilities, including the existing camp ground, RV parking site, a lodge, one cabin and a laundry room/restroom facility will be eliminated. Proposed facilities sufficient for 250 overnight guests include 109 additional cabins (plus 6 existing cabins and 10 existing hotel units), 19 existing RV/campsites, a new main lodge, a conference facility, a meeting/breakout room, a spa/health club, three spas by proposed cabins, maintenance building, manager's mobilehome, swimming pools, tennis courts, guard house, nature pavilion, sports meadow/barbecue deck, groundwater wells, leach fields, and several trails.
