Conduct annual Flood Control maintenance on Atascadero Creek from the confluence with Hospital Creek to the Goleta Slough. Maintenance includes discing the streambed to maximize conveyance and provide for efficient sediment transport. An application of herbicide is made to inhibit generation of silt trapping vegetation.
