Document Description
The Broadway/Manchester Neighborhood Shopping Center is proposed as a retail center comprised of a total of 84,995 square feet of space. Approximately 57,411square feet of building space will be devoted to a stand-alone full service (Ralph's) Food-4-Less market located along the south boundary of the site at 88th Street, 10,300 square feet of multi-tenant retail located along the western border of the project site, a 2,400 square foot pad for fast food along Broadway Boulevard at the eastern boundary of the site, and a 14,884 square foot drug store to be located at the northwest border of the site along Manchester Avenue. All buildings will be single story. Surface parking will be provided to accommodate 367 cars.
