- Document Description
- Reclamation District No. 2062 ("RD 2062") Is proposing six (6) "check dams" along the landside levee slope and toe of the left bank of the Old River and the right bank of Paradise Cut. The check dams will slow velocities and reduce scour potential of potential floods. thus providing resiliency and robustness to the non-Federal, interior levee owned by RD 2062 should the Federal Project levee be breached. The project was evaluated under the Sixth Addendum to the River Islands SEIR.
