Document Description
Tract 3765 is a large lot subdivision of 25 existing parcels on 3,405 acres within the Phase 2 area of the River Islands at Lathrop Project site. Tract 3765 would create 55 new parcels that would be further subdivided and/or aggregated to meet Phase 2 development requirements for the River Islands project, in advance of a smaller lot subdivision that would subsequently be proposed.
