Document Description
CDFW has executed a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0131-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Clifton Taylor. The Project is limited to the construction of an underground drainage pipe to fill approx. 688 linear feet of an unnamed drainage feature, 143 linear feet of which has a defined bed, bank and channel as well as 1.35 acres of associated riparian habitat and shall result in the removal of approx. 14 native willow trees. The project is associated with a 54 acre subdivision Project, Laurel Ranch.
