Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R2-2001-164 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Reynen & Bardis of Sacramento. Activities include the construction of a detention weir (approximately 75 feet in length) along the south bank of Union House Creek to "off-load" high stream flow and to maintain a desired water surface profile in the stream, construction of a storm drain outfall structure, and two stream channel access ramps.
