Document Description
A CUP to authorize the continued operation and maintenance of a waste disposal and recycling facility at the Lancaster Landfill and Recycling Center (LLRC) and increased the allowable daily volume of municipal solid waste (MSW) for disposal from 1,700 tons per day (tpd) to 3,000 tpd. And allowed for an additional 500 tpd. green/wood waste. The LLRC's operation involves several ancillary activities also approved to continue at the LLRC.
