SAA R5-2002-0105 The applicant proposes alter several tributaries to Laguna Canyon Creek to widen and realign SR-133 (Laguna Canyon Road) between Interstate 405 and SR-73. The project would also remove the old roadway from the canyon bottom and restore these areas to riparian habitats that will be directly adjacent to Laguna Canyon Creek.
