Document Description
The project is a Minor Deviation to the approved plot plan for P94-005W^2. The project consists of slightly altering the location of the main entrance to the Wal-Mart store, modifying the appearance of the entrance facade, and moving the location of a bank of ADA parking to accommodate the revised entrance location. The site is developed with an existing 157,000 square-foot Wal-Mart store including associated parking and landscaping that would be retained. A 15164 determination was made for this project.
