THE PURPOSE OF THE ENERY ELEMENT IS TO :1)INCREASE ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE COUNTY;2) PROVIDE POLICY GUIDANCE REAGARDING THE ENERGY USE IMPLICATIO OF LAND USE DECISIONS; 3)DOCUMENT THE COUNTY'S ENERGY RESOURCES AND ,4) DETERMINE LAND USE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CRITERIA FOR EVALUATING FUTURE ENERGY PROJECTS.
