The applicant proposes: To construct an 18-hole golf course, 31 housing units, 50 accommodation units, and a clubhouse with a restaurant. This will require the fill of minor drainages and disturbance within the prescribed riparian corridor buffer. Areas will be restored on and off site as mitigation for these impacts.
