- The City of San Diego proposes to authorize the City Manager to execute the reimbursement agreement with Carmel Valley 18, LLC, for the design and construction of portions of Del Mar Mesa Road and the Hiking/Equestrian Trail-Northern; and authorize the appropriation and expenditure from FBA Fund 79010 in the amount of $2,202,758.57 contingent upon the City Auditor and Controller certifying that the funds necessary for said agreement are, or will be, on deposit in the City Treasury.
