Conversion of 11 acre vacant site within the North Village Specific Plan area from elementary school use to allow 72 lot single family residential subdivision and the construction of homes. School use of site was deemed inconsistent with Nut Tree Airport LU Plan by Solano Co. ALUC, causing need to convert use. New homes will be consistent in character and density to the surrounding, existing neighborhood. Equivalent school site will be provided in North Village with the pending Specific Plan update for the northern half of the development (Area Plan 2). Project will require approval of General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Specific Plan Amendment, Planned Development, Tentative map, Design Review and Development Agreement Amendment.
