Document Description
To construct a number of improvements at the Turlock Regional Water Quality Control Facility to address limited uncommitted wastewater treatment capacity. Once complete, the upgrades will increase the capacity of the Facility to 20 MGD, consistent with the City's NPDES permit and the population projections in the Turlock General Plan.
