Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 2003-5083-R pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Hoffman Land Development Company. Residential housing development requiring placing new bridge abutments and rip rap in Marsh Creek at Cypress Road to support bridge widening. Project also includes modifying stream bank/levee along Marsh Creek and Emerson Slough to accommodate a new outfall structure. Impacts are 1,943 square feet, 45 linear feet on the east bank and 2,390 square feet (45 linear feet) on the west bank. Impact to Emerson Slough are approximately 320 square feet. A man-made ditch located adjacent to the northern terminus of Sellers Road and characterized as a freshwater marsh maybe filled.
